In a shocking revelation from her recently published book, Cher: The book, Part One, Cher has disclosed that she lost her virginity at the age of 14 in order to exact vengeance on her older partner.
The 78-year-old music legend described how, in the early 1960s, she started dating a “cute” Italian high school senior, but she ultimately chose.

Cher eventually left David for Gregg, a guitarist who played with the Allman Brothers Band. The two fell in love quickly when she and her ex-boyfriend David went to one of Gregg’s shows at the Troubadour in Los Angeles.
He then described the night they met to Rolling Stone, saying, “She smelled like I would imagine a mermaid would smell.”
But since he “passed out in the bathroom, high on heroin,” he called their first encounter a “disaster.”
Nevertheless, two months after they began dating, the couple decided to tie the knot in a Las Vegas wedding at Caesars Palace on June 30, 1975.
Gregg’s drug use, however, caused things to go south very fast. He told Rolling Stone, “There was one problem – she didn’t realize that I was a hop-head.”
“Look, I have something to tell you,” I said to her when I woke up one morning. I have a drug addiction. She said, “Well, how do you fix that?”
I didn’t have much more to say than “Well.” “I know what we’ll do,” she told him. “I’ll have my medical buddy give you a large prescription for Quaaludes, and you can just sleep through it when we return to Los Angeles. It will all be over when you awaken.
“What the hell, I tried it, but it obviously didn’t work.” Nevertheless, Cher seemed really thrilled that I had come clean to her about my addiction.
Their connection continued after they decided to file for divorce nine days into their marriage. After reconciling a month later, they brought a son, Elijah Blue, into the world in 1976.
In 1977, they also put out a collaborative album titled Two the Hard Way. However, they formally parted ways in 1979 after four years of dating.
“We experienced both good and bad times,” he said. We just differed from one another in many ways.
