In Surrey, a lady who was born with two vaginas has described how hundreds of men have never noticed.
Annie Charlotte discovered she had two uteruses, two cervixes, and two vaginal canals at the age of sixteen because she had uterus didelphys, an uncommon disorder.
She says part of her anatomy ‘simply shares one pair of ovaries together’ and that her reproductive system is duplicated.
Because of the “complete uncertainty” surrounding her ability to conceive, Charlotte was first saddened by the prognosis.

“There have been times where I’ve been laid on my bed with my legs in the air as they inspected me.”
Charlotte further said that, although not having heavy periods, she mistakenly believed she had because she kept inserting her tampon into the incorrect vagina.
